Shipping

Most items ship 1-3 business days after the order is received. Some products do require a longer time to ship (these would include sugar free syrups during winter and chocolate during the warmer months). Keep in mind when ordering that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive. Items are constantly being sold and stock is constantly being replenished. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. If we cannot reach you within 5 days, your order will be canceled and you will be issued a refund.

Our main warehouse is located in Colorado but we also ship from our partnered warehouses in KY and NH depending on your location or and our stock.

 

Shipments may require a signature at time of delivery. We understand that this may not be the norm but the increase in packages reported as stolen has prompted us to add this onto our shipments. We are sorry for any trouble this may cause you. You may input your business address for delivery if no one is home to sign during the day

 

We are sorry but we do NOT ship internationally at this time

 

We offer UPS shipping for your delivery options. We pull our discounted shipping prices directly off the UPS.com website. We do not add in handling charges or extra fees. We know how expensive shipping is and how frustrating that can be so we try to do our best to keep prices as reasonable as we can.

 

Military Shipments, Hawaii,Alaska and US Territory Sales

 

We can ship to a military, Hawaii, Alaska and US Territory address . Please see the USPS & Military Shipments Page for details. We can utilize Flat Rate boxes to lower shipping costs on some of our items. We can create a custom quote for you if you are looking at more than 1-2 things. Items that include "Free UPS Ground Shipping" only ship to lower 48 US states.

 

Returns

 

Food and beverage items are non-refundable. Coffee presses and the like may be returned in NEW, UNUSED condition within 10 days of receipt. Please email us @ sales@thebeveragegourmet.com and we will give you an RMA #. Packages returned without an RMA# will NOT be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 20% restocking change for all accepted returns. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are NOT refunded. Packages that come back to us as "non deliverable" that have an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded their original product price minus original shipping and return shipping charges.

If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE let us know via email us @ sales@thebeveragegourmet.com so we can get your order corrected. We strive for 100% accuracy but we are only human and mistakes do happen from time to time.

Defects on non-food items should be dealt with thru the manufacturer itself. We would be happy to help you with that process. If an item arrives broken, please let us know so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
